Gustavo has been a regular member of the UK’s National Youth Jazz Collective as well as youth ensembles based out of King’s Place and the Barbican, and has played in numerous London Jazz Festivals and at the Royal Festival Hall, the Royal Albert Hall and Ronnie Scott’s. His own compositions have been played at the WAC, the Purcell School and the Guildhall, and took him to the semi-final of the BBC Young Jazz Musician of the Year.
